SUMMER LEAGUE RULES AND REGULATIONS
** Overtime for all games is 2 minutes
** In 2nd Half clock runs if score is over 30 pts

U10-U14: Inside Key & Inside 3pt line
U15-U19: Outside Key & Outside 3pt line
U10 BOYS/Girls SUMMER RULES
• Games will be 2 x 14 minutes stop time halves using modified FIBA rules
• Penalty is at 8 teams fouls each half – exception in the last 2 minutes of the 2nd half where teams will shoot penalty on 8 team fouls OR after 2nd team foul committed in this time period(NBA rule) This is done to prevent a team not in the penalty in the last 2 minutes from committing multiple fouls over and over. This way we can avoid wasting time and unnecessary unsporting fouls.
• Teams have 3 Time-Outs, but only 2 can be carried over to the 2nd Half
• 1st Half – Fall Back / 2nd Half – Teams can press if score is under 20
• There is NO EQUAL PLAYING TIME rules in the summer, nor is there a minimum amount necessary to start games
• 3pt line will be in effect
• 27.5 or Size 5 ball will be used
U11-U13 BOYS/Girls SUMMER RULES

U15, U16, JUNIOR & SENIOR BOYS/Girls SUMMER RULES
• Games will be 2 x 16 minutes stop time halves using modified FIBA rules
• Penalty is at 10 teams fouls each half – exception in the last 2 minutes of the 2nd half where teams will shoot penalty on 10 team fouls OR after 2nd team foul committed in this time period(NBA rule) This is done to prevent a team not in the penalty in the last 2 minutes from committing multiple fouls over and over. This way we can avoid wasting time and unnecessary unsporting fouls.
• Teams have 3 Time-Outs, but only 2 can be carried over to the 2nd Half
• Shot Clocks will be used when available
• All age groups will use a full size ball

Key Rules to Note
The Coalition Leagues use the OBLX version of Fair Play Rules for all Divisions of U10-U12:
U10 Boys/Girls
• No pressing or use of 3pt line
• Shifts #1 & #8 are open, meaning Coaches can substitute freely and those shifts do not count towards a players shift total
U11 Boys/Girls
• Teams may press in shift #7 & #8 (4 Quarter), fall back is 15 pts
• Shifts #1 & #8 are open, meaning Coaches can substitute freely and those shifts do not count towards a players shift total
U12 Boys/Girls
• OBLX U12 boys/girls will have no participation rule.
• Games will be 4 x 8 minute quarters
• Teams may press only in the 2nd half, fall back is 15pts
U10-U12 Boys/Girls must have a minimum of 8 players to start the game and for it to be used for OBA rankings
