Winter League Rules and Regulations
The Coalition League will follow all OBA Rules & Regulations when it comes to games and roster structure. You can view them via the link below:

Key Rules to Note
The Coalition Leagues use the OBLX version of Fair Play Rules for all Divisions of U10-U12:
U10 Boys
• No pressing or use of 3pt line
• Shifts #1 & #8 are open, meaning Coaches can substitute freely and those shifts do not count towards a players shift total
U11 Boys
• Teams may press in shift #7 & #8 (4 Quarter), fall back is 15 pts
• Shifts #1 & #8 are open, meaning Coaches can substitute freely and those shifts do not count towards a players shift total
U12 Boys
• OBLX U12 boys will have no participation rule.
• Games will be 4 x 8 minute quarters
• Teams may press only in the 2nd half, fall back is 15pts
U10-U12 Boys must have a minimum of 8 players to start the game and for it to be used for OBA rankings
